Lenard Strahringer

I’m a PhD student in Organizational Behavior at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

My research is at the intersection of AI and Organizations. I use natural language processing (NLP) to understand how people coordinate in organizations, including how effective arrangements for collaboration and learning affect individual outcomes and firm performance.

I am also interested in how reputation systems affect social behavior on online platforms. My first research article about how reputation systems change the way we form relationships was published in Social Psychology Quarterly.
