Lenard Strahringer
I’m a PhD student in Organizational Behavior at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
My research explores how AI and NLP can be used not just to study organizations, but to actively coordinate and manage people within them.
I am also interested in how reputation systems and online platform design affect social behavior. My research in this area includes a paper in Social Psychology Quarterly on how reputation systems change relationship formation, and a working paper on how generalized reciprocity drives contributor recruitment on Stack Overflow.
